Mr. Vegas Heats Thins Up With New Album.

New York: Sept 7, 2007

After sometime Mr. Vegas' new album "Hot It Up," finally hit the streets on August 28.

Leading up to its release, Vegas led an invasion on the Jamaican and overseas reggae charts with multiple hit singles, including three number ones and several top 10 entries.

"Hot It Up" features some of the hits that Vegas has scored within the past year, as well as some new ditties which were thrown in for good measure.

The 17-track opus features the thought-provoking "Do You Know," the uptempo "Tamborine." The massive chart topper and Billboard R&B charting "Hot Wuk" is next, while the dance craze "Tek Weh Yuh Self" is sure to get you rocking.

The updating of "You're Gonna Need Me," featuring Jovi Rockwell, is a decent effort, while the Sly and Robbie-produced "Lean With It" is expedited with good measure.

"Raging Bull," featuring dancer turned deejay Ovamars; "Blood Stain," featuring Sadiki; "Gangster Prayer," "Nuh Fren From Dem," and "Talk The Things Dem," featuring Opal and Worry are among the other tracks featured on the album.
