Dynamic West Indies' all-rounder Dwayne Bravo captured four wickets as Australia, with Andrew Symonds making a face-saving 79, were bowled out for 167 in their second innings at tea on the fourth day of the First Digicel Test at Sabina Park on Sunday.

It left the rejuvenated West Indies with a challenging victory target of 287 runs with the last session on the penultimate day and the entire final day, Monday.

The tireless Bravo, who operated for all but one over of the session when he switched ends, finished with four for 47 from 18.5 overs.

Symonds hit nine fours and three sixes in his knock and shared an invaluable seventh-wicket stand of 74 with debutant wicket-keeper Brad Haddin, whose knock of 23 was cut short by a stunning head-high catch by Runako Morton at short extra cover off Bravo's bowling.

Bravo also took the prized wicket of Symonds, who had smashed off-spinner Amit Jaggernauth for all three of his sixes when Darren Sammy, running around from deep extra cover, held onto a high catch, despite falling to the ground after colliding with Daren Powell, who was coming in from long-off.

The Trinidadian medium-fast seam bowler then wrapped up the innings by having lastman Stuart MacGill caught by Morton at cover point without scoring.

The other wicket to fall went to fiery pacer Fidel Edwards, who shook up Brett Lee with some lifting deliveries, before having him caught low down by wicket-keeper Denesh Ramdin for nine.

Edwards finished with three for 40 and Daren Powell captured three for 36. .
