DJ Emperor Chin is the founder of the SPIN D MUSIC Crew. Internationally, he has played in Trinidad & Tobago's Carnival with TRIBE, along with the best Caribbean DJs including Excalibur, 4 Play, D Bandit, XTC, Black Chiney, Back To Basics and Renaissance. He is also the road DJ for Mas Jumbies J'ouvert band based out of Miami. He is involved with the biggest soca and dancehall events in Oz, as the official deejay for the Australian Miss Reggae-Mite Contest, Dancehall Queen Finals and Carnival Craziness. He also produces his mix tapes Strictly Big Chunes. You can hear him live on SDM Radio, and at Tizik Thursdays at Jacksons. |

DJ Fasmwa has had a musical interest from the moment he could walk. His first musical endeavour was at the age of 7, when he played piano and began to learn the theory of music. His musical influences were formed in an energetic Dutch Caribbean community in Amsterdam The Netherlands. Listening to soca, reggae, kasesko, kawina zouk & salsa, DJ Fasmwa, gained his roots. In 2005, Fasmwa joined SPIN D MUSIC, and now plays weekly at Tizik Thursdays at Jackson's on George in Sydney. Today he is an up and coming DJ in the Australian-Dutch and Caribbean communities, and has played alongside DJs such as Emperor Chin, Nick Toth, Judgement & Rebel Bass(NZ). |
